Additionally, the role involves developing comprehensive deployment plans, creating runbooks, and establishing calibration protocols to streamline future installations.
Candidates must possess expertise in RFID systems, including UHF Gen2, reader configuration, antenna selection, and tag behavior in complex RF environments. A solid understanding of physical and MAC layer fundamentals, as well as experience with indoor positioning technologies like BLE or Wi-Fi, is required. Proficiency in debugging across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries, along with a track record of supporting field deployments, is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical details effectively to diverse audiences are also critical.
