As a Software Engineering Manager, Mobile at RADAR, you will lead the development of native Android and iOS applications that provide real-time inventory intelligence to store associates and managers. In this position, you will oversee a team of mobile engineers, guiding them through the design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications. Collaborating closely with product and design teams, you will define the mobile roadmap, set engineering priorities, and ensure consistent delivery. Your responsibilities will also include making strategic architecture decisions to balance rapid iteration with long-term maintainability, as well as establishing and evolving engineering practices such as code reviews, testing standards, and deployment processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with over 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in iOS or Android mobile development. A minimum of 3 years in an engineering management or team lead role is required. Strong technical expertise in mobile architecture patterns, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time in fast-paced product environments, coupled with clear and direct communication skills, is highly valued.

RADAR offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $200,000 to $250,000, along with equity options.
