SGS Australia is seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal to join our Legal team. This full-time position is based in Wingfield, with the potential for remote work on selected days, to be negotiated with the successful applicant. SGS Australia is a leading provider of Testing, Inspection, and Certification services, operating over 50 offices and laboratories nationwide and employing more than 1,400 staff. The Paralegal will be responsible for managing contract processes and providing comprehensive legal administrative support. Key duties include managing meetings and appointments, administering the single point triage work intake system, overseeing the Contracts Lifecycle Management system, conducting legal reviews of contracts, coordinating with key stakeholders, managing insurance reviews, facilitating approvals and execution via Docusign and wet ink, assisting with corporate secretarial services and searches, handling filing and document management, coordinating NDAs, and updating internal management systems such as SharePoint and OneNote.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a paralegal or similar legal support role, with strong experience in managing contracts and legal documentation. Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and legal systems is required, along with knowledge of CLM and Docusign. Familiarity with AI tools such as Legora, Harvey, or Co Pilot, and a willingness to learn and integrate them, is also desirable. The ability to work to deadlines is crucial.
