As a Partner Solution Architect at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical sales strategies and implementing best practices within our Partner Network. This position involves close collaboration with strategic system integrators, independent software vendors, and major cloud providers to develop strategic solution paths and provide thought leadership in partner enablement efforts.

Your primary responsibilities will include showcasing the Conga Advantage Platform to system integration partners, enabling them to become trusted advisors to our mutual customers. This involves building and scoping integrations, demonstrating impactful demos, and developing API-driven solutions to enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and sales teams to ensure our products and services meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Solution Engineering, with a strong track record in designing and implementing effective solutions. In-depth knowledge of platform and enterprise application deployment, experience in building API-focused solutions, and a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation drivers and cloud platforms are essential. The role also requires the ability to align technical solutions with complex customer environments and support strategic integrators in delivering customer success. Experience with Salesforce, including Agent Force, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Cloud, is highly desirable.

Conga offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $157,100 to $222,400 per year, along with variable incentive pay, flexible work options, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance.
