Partnerships Manager
Baselayer is seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and scale strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing to create and execute partnership strategies that align with Baselayer's objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading partners and contribute significantly to the company's expansion.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and structuring to activation, enablement, and long-term growth. You will create repeatable partner playbooks and enablement assets, such as training sessions, co-marketing campaigns, and partner collateral, to drive adoption. Additionally, you will build scalable systems for onboarding and enabling partners, work alongside them to identify leads, land deals, and expand the network, and maintain rigorous pipeline and partner tracking in HubSpot.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, strategy, or a similar role at a fast-paced startup, fintech, or financial institution. A strong understanding of how financial institutions evaluate, buy, and implement software providers is essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders, are crucial. Experience managing pipeline, partner activity, and reporting in HubSpot or a similar CRM is also required.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, complemented by equity options.
