Payments Analyst
SRS Acquiom is seeking a Payments Analyst to join its dynamic Operations team, focusing on managing payment workflows in complex M&A transactions. This role involves processing shareholder documentation, ensuring compliance, and facilitating accurate and timely payments. Key responsibilities include processing legal documentation submitted via mail and email, performing data entry, and maintaining the integrity of the system of record. The analyst will interact with security holders to address deficiencies, create payment files to meet daily deadlines, and handle returned payments and stop check requests. Additionally, the role involves tracking document retention requirements and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with FINRA standards.
Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in operations, financial services, or similar documentation-intensive roles. Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and sensitive information is required, along with strong written communication skills and self-motivation. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with tools like NetSuite and Adobe is advantageous.
The position offers a salary range between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on experience.
