Payroll Manager
IMC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role involves overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments to our employees. The Payroll Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to gather and validate payroll information, resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional service to our staff.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll processing, administering pension plan records, overseeing group insurance schemes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The role also involves maintaining payroll systems, implementing system upgrades, and automating existing payroll processes to enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field, along with over five years of hands-on payroll management experience. In-depth knowledge of Dutch payroll processes, labor laws, and taxation is essential, with familiarity in other European countries considered a plus. Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills are also required.
