Payroll Specialist

BESIX Infra Support is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team in Schelle. As part of a dedicated payroll team of seven experts, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for both laborers and employees within the infra-activities of BESIX Infra.

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for the complete payroll processing of workers and employees across various entities. This includes preparing social documents, generating diverse payroll reports, and addressing inquiries related to social and labor regulations in a clear and efficient manner. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and correcting checkin@work data and serving as a backup for other payroll officers within the team.

Candidates should possess a solid foundation in payroll, with a good knowledge of social and labor legislation. Experience with workers is essential, while experience with employees is a strong plus. Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with SD Worx – eBlox is advantageous. An analytical mindset, attention to detail, high level of discretion, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential qualities.
