People Experience (HR) Coordinator Benelux
The People Experience (HR) Coordinator Benelux is an integral member of the HR team at Sony Music, focusing on the Benelux region. This role sits within a global entertainment leader, supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. The successful candidate will work closely with both local and regional HR teams to champion a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees, managing HR administration, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives. The coordinator will act as a crucial point of contact for employee queries, maintain HR systems and records, and assist with organizing training sessions and events. Day-to-day tasks involve collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance with local labor laws.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with experience in HR coordination or administration. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, as is attention to detail and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience working in an international environment and fluency in English and Dutch are highly desirable.
