Performance Marketing Manager (Türkiye)

Fal is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and expand our performance marketing initiatives. As a company at the forefront of generative media infrastructure, we provide developers, creators, and enterprises with a unified API for high-performance generative models across various media types. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by capturing and converting demand through strategic marketing efforts.

In this position, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing acquisition engine across search and paid social platforms. Key duties include launching agile Google Search campaigns for frequent model releases, developing always-on campaigns to convert high-intent traffic into revenue, and managing paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. Collaboration with creative and content teams to produce, test, and scale effective campaigns is essential. Additionally, you will partner with marketing and product teams to align on priorities, drive experimentation across channels, analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, and build scalable reporting and attribution systems to tie spend to revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing within high-growth startups, with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and paid social platforms. Experience in B2B and/or prosumer markets, particularly in developer tools or SaaS, is highly desirable. A data-driven and detail-oriented mindset is crucial, along with the ability to move quickly, test constantly, and operate comfortably in ambiguous situations. Proactive suggestions for product and growth improvements beyond campaign execution are expected.
