Personal Assistant
BrainRocket is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support one of our top managers in Lisbon, Portugal. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we value individuals who can contribute to our dynamic and innovative environment.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and lifestyle support to the executive, acting as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients. Your responsibilities will include managing an extensive schedule across multiple time zones, organizing and coordinating business and private trips, maintaining personal documents, and handling various requests and queries. Additionally, you will be tasked with producing reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and fluency in spoken and written English. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads are essential. Discretion, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills are also key attributes for success in this position.
