Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Las Vegas, Nevada office. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in representing clients in personal injury cases, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment dedicated to advocating for consumer rights.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters, including drafting and filing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. You will guide clients through the legal process, interact with expert witnesses, and prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Collaboration with litigation paralegals and case managers will be essential to effectively support clients throughout their cases.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of litigation experience is preferred, with a strong interest in personal injury law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with superior writing and oral advocacy abilities, are essential. The candidate must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals and be willing to work on-site in our downtown Las Vegas office.
