WPP Media is seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Media Analyst to join our team of digital media specialists. This role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing media plans to ensure data-driven and effective strategies throughout all campaign stages. The position requires strategic collaboration, including engagement with local and global partners and continuous client interaction.

Key responsibilities include planning, configuring, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DV360. The analyst will define campaign structures and strategies for each platform, focusing on performance and investment efficiency. Additional duties involve implementing and monitoring financial controls, budget pacing, and performance targets, as well as developing strategic presentations with a critical and results-oriented perspective. Maintaining clear communication with the team and stakeholders regarding campaign status and progress is essential. The role also includes supporting the development of interns by promoting technical learning and best practices, participating in client meetings and presentations with strategic analyses, and actively engaging with media partners and platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong priority management skills. Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify improvement opportunities are crucial. Advanced technical proficiency in operating and optimizing platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and DV360 for complex campaigns with substantial budgets is required. Solid experience with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4, and an understanding of attribution models are necessary. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and PowerBI is advantageous. Previous experience in advertising agencies and proficiency in organizational, presentation, and analytical tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner are expected. Advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
