As a Website Backend Developer at Wrike, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our global marketing website and related internal tools. Your role will involve creating scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions that support key customer-facing experiences and enable efficient operations for marketing and business teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining backend services for Wrike's website, admin panels, and internal tools. You will build and enhance components within our CMS and component management system, develop and improve internal tools for managing incoming requests from various business stakeholders, and implement and optimize REST APIs to support website features and integrations. Additionally, you will contribute to SEO-oriented backend solutions that drive traffic and conversion, proactively identify and implement technical improvements, and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with over 5 years of production web development experience. Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel is essential, with additional experience in YII2 or Symfony considered a plus. A solid understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented programming, SQL, and Git is required. Experience working on SEO-oriented web projects, the ability to independently architect web applications from concept to deployment, and experience developing admin panels or content management systems are also important. Hands-on participation in collaborative code review processes and full professional proficiency in English are necessary.
