WPP Media is seeking a dynamic and strategic Crossmedia Planner to join our team in Santiago de Chile. The Crossmedia Planner will be responsible for creating comprehensive media strategies aligned with client business objectives. Key duties include planning campaigns across traditional media such as Television, Radio, and Out-of-Home (OOH), integrating digital planning to ensure message coherence and optimal reach. The role also involves utilizing industry-specific software for planning and analysis, managing media budgets efficiently, analyzing campaign performance, negotiating with media vendors, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

Candidates should have over two years of experience as a Media Planner in an agency setting, with proven expertise in crossmedia planning. A strong background in Television campaign planning, including advanced use of industry software, is essential. Deep knowledge of both offline (TV, Radio, OOH) and online media ecosystems, the ability to interpret audience and market data, experience in budget management and media vendor negotiations, and a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields are required. The ideal candidate will possess analytical and strategic skills, excellent communication abilities, organizational proficiency, and a proactive approach to media innovation.
