The Director of Credit & Platform at Experian is responsible for leading the strategy, evolution, and unification of platforms that power the B2B credit, fraud, data, and AI ecosystem. This role involves full ownership of the platform's P&L, driving the long-term product and technology roadmap, and serving as the primary connection between the local business and the global ESS organization. It requires strong technical depth, strategic clarity, and exceptional stakeholder navigation to guide the company toward a future enabled by a unified platform hub.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing the strategic direction for platforms, aligning local priorities with global standards, and establishing KPIs and governance mechanisms. The role also involves acting as the main liaison with Global ESS, navigating a complex global environment, and ensuring local business needs are effectively translated into global platform roadmaps. Additionally, the director will lead the design and delivery of a unified platform hub, ensuring interoperability and scalability across systems, and serve as the orchestrator across engineering, product, operations, and global partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading platform, credit, or complex product environments, with proven ownership of P&L, strategic planning, and executive reporting. A strong track record working with global or matrixed organizations is essential, along with a technical background or substantial technical exposure in areas such as engineering, development, architecture, or platform product. Experience with data, credit, fraud, decisioning engines, or risk technology is strongly preferred, as well as prior experience in system unification, modernization, or large-scale transformation initiatives.

Compensation for this role ranges from BRL 668,000 to BRL 824,000 annually.
