Platform Support Consultant (f/m/d)
As a Platform Support Consultant at Awin, you will be an integral part of the Global Live Support Team, focusing on delivering prompt and comprehensive assistance to our VIP clients. This role involves close collaboration with various sub-teams within Platform Services and other network support functions to enhance the tools and content available to our customers. Awin is a leading global affiliate marketing network, committed to fostering the growth of brands through innovative solutions and exceptional service.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include managing requests from VIP Platform Services customers, such as those related to program development or management, in coordination with other support teams like finance and technical departments. You will also oversee customer accounts under the supervision of the credit control team, assisting in resolving financial issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of program upsells, retention, and closures, and lead projects aimed at updating client resources and internal tools to improve support and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to identify areas of opportunity and risk. A commitment to rapidly growing the service division through friendly and efficient support is essential. Strong time management and organizational skills are required to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and deepening knowledge are also important. Proficiency in MS Office packages and fluency in English are necessary; additional language skills, such as German, are appreciated.
