Principal Commercial Strategy
The Principal Commercial Strategy role at OneTrust is integral to the Renewals & ECS organization, focusing on enhancing retention and expansion efforts. This position is based in Madrid, Spain, and is pivotal in establishing operational disciplines, clear ownership, and reliable insights to drive consistent performance.
Key responsibilities include managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences such as forecast reviews, MBRs, and QBRs, along with defining KPIs and ensuring follow-through on actions. The role also involves translating complex operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership, analyzing renewals performance, churn risk, pipeline health, coverage, and productivity, and designing and improving workflows across renewals, forecasting, quoting, and cross-functional handoffs.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Finance, or similar fields, with a proven ability to design and run business operating cadences. Strong analytical expertise, including data modeling and KPI design, is essential, as well as experience leading cross-functional initiatives and resolving operational challenges. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
