Principal Partner Marketing Manager
The Principal Partner Marketing Manager at Conga is a pivotal role within the Global Partner Marketing team, focusing on developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies with the company's largest global and key regional partners. This position is based in Bangalore or Ahmedabad and reports to the Director of Global Partner Marketing. Conga, a leader in commercial operations solutions, unifies processes such as pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications to help businesses operate more efficiently.
In this role, the Principal Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, creating, and executing marketing campaigns and activities in collaboration with strategic partners. Key responsibilities include organizing webinars and both online and in-person events to support integrated campaigns, developing compelling joint solution offerings, and creating necessary marketing assets such as product videos, customer success stories, demos, presentations, and guides. Additionally, the role involves working closely with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Regional System Integrators (RSIs) to enhance engagement and promote the value proposition of the Conga-partner collaboration through various channels, including digital platforms, events, training, and enablement programs.
The ideal candidate should possess over 12 years of experience in partner marketing enablement within the B2B software sector. A strong background in creating and executing marketing activities, particularly webinars and events, is essential. Proficiency in developing marketing content for joint solution offerings and crafting various marketing assets is required. Experience in collaborating with GSIs and RSIs to drive partnership engagement is also crucial. A bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field is preferred.
