Principal UX Designer
OneTrust is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for our suite of enterprise SaaS products. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with our mission of enabling responsible data and AI use. The Principal UX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and design excellence.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, establish design guidelines, and advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex, data-rich applications is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with agile development methodologies are highly desirable.
