Process and Systems Manager
Oklo is seeking an experienced Process and Systems Manager to enhance the operational efficiency of its Finance and Accounting Technology landscape. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the company's ERP system (NetSuite) and Accounts Payable platform, with plans to transition to a Procure-to-Pay solution. The position offers flexibility to work from Santa Clara, CA, or remotely.
The Process and Systems Manager will lead financial system enhancements, integrations, and automation projects throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing system implementations, ensuring seamless integration with business architecture, supporting data migration activities, and maintaining system health. The role also involves coordinating User Acceptance Testing, developing end-user training materials, and providing day-to-day system troubleshooting to minimize operational disruptions.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business (accounting, finance), or a related field, along with three to five years of relevant experience in finance systems management or business systems analysis within accounting or finance teams. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and familiarity with other finance and operations systems like Coupa or Workday are essential. Experience in leading system integrations and implementations is also required.
