The Process Engineer at Voyager Technologies, Inc. will be based onsite in Pueblo, CO, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors and energetic materials. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Compliance to support the full process lifecycle from early development through scale-up and production.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing manufacturing processes, procedures, tooling, and systems to ensure adherence to safety, quality, performance, and reliability standards. The engineer will support the transition of energetic manufacturing processes from development to full production, contributing to process controls, qualification criteria, and production readiness documentation. Additionally, the role involves participating in continuous improvement initiatives, applying structured problem-solving approaches to reduce waste, variability, and cycle time, and maintaining technical documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline, with 3 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 1 year of experience or 7 years of hands-on experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable. Experience in process development and scale-up activities, as well as knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma, is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
