The Procurement Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and compliant acquisition of goods, services, and technologies essential to Helsing's defense projects. This position involves supporting the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to order placement and delivery tracking. Responsibilities include preparing and processing purchase orders and contracts with high accuracy, assisting in supplier identification and evaluation, and maintaining accurate procurement records and databases. The role also entails proactive problem-solving, navigating situations with incomplete information, and adapting to changing priorities and challenges. Effective communication with suppliers and coordination with internal departments are key aspects of the day-to-day work.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or relevant training, along with strong experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP (S4 HANA), and Microsoft Office Suite is required. The role demands excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while handling ambiguous situations. Fluency in German and English at B2/C1 level is mandatory. The position is based in Munich, and candidates should be willing to relocate if necessary.
