As a Product Designer at Experian, you will be an integral part of the UX Design team, focusing on creating user-centered digital experiences for consumer-facing web and mobile financial wellness and identity protection products, as well as developer tools. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and Marketers to develop and refine responsive websites and native applications. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Design.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading large-scale UX projects, enhancing design processes, and delivering high-quality user experiences through effective team collaboration and feedback. You will design across web and mobile platforms to ensure consistency, engagement, and usability throughout Experian's digital services. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and align design strategies with organizational goals. Creating user-centered design assets such as user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes informed by research, usability testing, and iterative feedback will also be a key part of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in UX, Visual Design, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI and digital product design, demonstrated through a responsive design portfolio, is required. Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and modern design tools, along with experience in Agile environments and design systems, is essential.
