Product Director

The Product Director at Modulr will lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers, overseeing the development and performance of products tailored for SMB, Corporate, and Enterprise customers. Modulr is a leading embedded payments platform that enables businesses to efficiently manage and automate their payment processes through a suite of APIs and web-based portals.

Key responsibilities include co-authoring Modulr's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing success of the product portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with senior managers across technology, commercial, operations, risk, and compliance to synchronize efforts toward achieving revenue and product goals. Additionally, the Product Director will provide day-to-day guidance and development for the team, set goals and objectives for products, and lead the team to execute against them.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing product teams in fast-paced environments, with deep expertise in technical product development, API ecosystems, and sophisticated UX design for B2B products. A strong commercial acumen, experience with pricing, positioning, and B2B go-to-market strategies, and the ability to balance speed with operational, security, and compliance requirements are essential. Financial services experience is preferred.
