Product Innovation Manager/Sr. Manager
The Product Innovation Manager/Sr. Manager at Midi Health will lead the development of new product innovations, expanding the company's care delivery model beyond core clinical services into new clinical, physical, and digital offerings. This role is integral to the NPI Strategy Council, collaborating closely with founders, clinical leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and manage the product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
Key responsibilities include managing the operational rhythm of the NPI Strategy Council, leading products through the formal NPI "Gates" from ideation to full commercial launch, maintaining and evolving the innovation roadmap, and ensuring all strategic decisions are documented and communicated company-wide. The role also involves developing robust business cases for new offerings, conducting market research to identify trends in women's midlife health, and benchmarking competitor offerings to maintain market leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or innovation, with a proven track record of launching new products from inception. A strong background in consumer goods or direct-to-consumer technology is essential, along with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in market research methodologies, and excellent communication and organizational abilities are also required.
The compensation range for this role is $150,000-200,000 annually, accompanied by a desirable benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and flexible time off.
