Product-Led Growth Manager
Remote is seeking a data-driven and collaborative Product-Led Growth (PLG) Manager to build and optimize our growth engine from the ground up. In this role, you will architect how users discover, adopt, and eventually pay for our product, serving as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure a seamless self-serve experience.
Key responsibilities include defining and building the PLG framework by tracking North Star metrics, identifying "Aha!" moments, and establishing a culture of rigorous experimentation. You will work closely with the Product team to optimize onboarding flows, reduce Time-to-Value, and develop in-app triggers that drive virality and expansion. Additionally, partnering with Marketing to create automated, behavior-based messaging that nudges users toward key activation milestones is essential. Collaborating with Revenue Operations to ensure our tech stack captures the right data to trigger sales-assist motions when a self-serve user is ready to upgrade is also a critical aspect of the role. Continuous A/B testing on pricing pages, sign-up flows, and gated content to maximize conversion rates will be a regular part of your day-to-day work.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations, preferably within a SaaS environment. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker, are required. Technical fluency in understanding APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with Product and Engineering teams. A growth mindset, characterized by comfort with rapid experimentation and learning from failures, is crucial. Additionally, the ability to influence cross-functional teams that do not report directly to you is important for success in this role.
