Product Manager II
Garner Health is seeking a Product Manager II to join our Growth team in New York City. This role focuses on customizing the Garner app and member experience for our largest enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration with their ecosystems. The position requires in-office work three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The Product Manager II will lead the customization strategy by owning the roadmap for client-specific adaptations, balancing unique enterprise needs with the scalability of the Garner platform. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex client integrations—from technical scoping and solution design to development, launch, and post-launch iteration. This role also involves acting as the primary product contact for major clients, translating their business requirements into clear product specifications, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Client Success, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure high-quality, data-driven integrated experiences aligned with growth objectives.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful features in fast-paced environments. Technical fluency is essential, particularly experience in B2B2C or enterprise integrations. The role demands high autonomy, an "owner" mindset, exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence both internal teams and external client executives, and a strong analytical foundation with a data-first approach to decision-making. A mission-driven attitude and commitment to authentic feedback are also important.
The target salary range for this position is $158,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and skills.
