Product Manager II (Remote from Bulgaria)
Smartsheet is seeking a Product Manager II to join its Product Organization. This role involves developing new capabilities that address customer needs, empowering them to drive meaningful change within their organizations. The position is remote, based in Bulgaria, and reports to the Group Product Manager, Product Management. The successful candidate will collaborate with global teams to define the future of work collaboration.
Key responsibilities include defining a vision and strategy informed by company objectives, customer needs, and industry best practices. The Product Manager II will partner with technical and product leaders to align strategy and platform investments, present strategy and product concepts to senior leadership, and work closely with research, design, and engineering teams to create high-quality customer experiences. Additionally, the role involves using data to guide experimentation and decision-making, running quantitative experiments, and communicating product health and insights to a wide audience.
The ideal candidate has over 2 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex consumer or B2B/enterprise software products from inception to launch. Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, user research, and marketing teams is essential. A data-driven mentality with a focus on metrics, analytics, and experimentation is required, along with strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in Bulgaria with fluency in English.
