Product Manager - Manufacturing Business Systems
Fictiv, a global manufacturing and supply chain company, is seeking a Product Manager for Manufacturing Business Systems to enhance their internal systems, including PLM, ERP, TMS, and MRP. This role involves shaping and driving the internal systems that power Fictiv and MISUMI Americas’ manufacturing operations. The position is based in Oakland, CA.
The Product Manager will research and evaluate the needs of internal users across various departments to understand priorities and pain points within manufacturing workflows. They will develop deep knowledge of Fictiv and MISUMI America's manufacturing business systems, including data models, integrations, and dependencies, and translate that knowledge into product opportunities. The role also involves contributing to the strategy and roadmap for evolving the manufacturing business systems landscape to support Fictiv and MISUMI Americas’ growth trajectory.
Candidates should have experience in product management, particularly in manufacturing business systems, with a strong understanding of PLM, ERP, TMS, and MRP systems. They should possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and experience in cross-functional collaboration. A background in operations, finance, supply chain, engineering, or IT is beneficial.
