Product Manager
Metropolis is seeking a Product Manager to lead initiatives that are foundational to delivering seamless, intelligent, and scalable experiences across our growing network of locations. You will own core parts of our platform that power critical growth drivers of our business—from novel consumer experiences to core infrastructure that ensures smooth operations and delivers value to our operators. We are looking for a systems thinker who can operate across both product strategy and technical execution. You thrive in ambiguous environments, can translate complex operational or technical needs into clear product requirements, and are motivated by solving problems that blend software, hardware, and physical space.
In this role, you will define and drive the product vision for core platform capabilities to ensure a seamless, scalable experience across the Metropolis ecosystem. You will translate business goals and complex requirements from our vast operations teams—including Accounting, Finance, and Sales—into prioritized roadmaps and technical specifications. Leading product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback to achieve measurable outcomes will be key. Additionally, you will partner with Engineering and Operations to optimize system health, maintainability, and alignment with long-term architecture.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Product Management, specifically within Fintech or SaaS environments. A strategic mindset focused on transforming an operations-heavy business toward a scalable, automated Software as a Service (SaaS) platform is essential. Proven ability to manage products in a hyper-growth environment, balancing the need for speed and iteration with maintaining the stability of high-volume, transaction-based systems is required. High level of technical precision and an understanding that absolute data accuracy is critical during complex system migrations are also necessary.
