Product Manager - Travel
The Product Manager for Travel at Modulr will lead the development and performance of payment products tailored for the travel industry. This role involves creating solutions for various market segments, including online travel agents, travel management companies, tour operators, wholesale aggregators, hotels, and airlines. The position is based in London, with an expectation of in-office presence four days a week.
Key responsibilities include evolving Modulr's travel payment products, encompassing APIs, dashboards, portals, reports, partner integrations, and diverse payment methods such as cards and account-to-account payments. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and design to build and launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful product delivery and market traction.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product professional with a proven track record of delivering valuable features and scaling product performance. They should possess deep expertise in technical product development, API ecosystems, and sophisticated UX design for B2B products. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial, along with the ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity. Experience in financial services and a curious mindset towards exploring AI applications are preferred.
