Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Marketing (Remote)
The Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Marketing at ezCater is a remote position focused on enhancing the company's Admin Financial Workflow products within Enterprise Accounts. This role centers on invoicing, billing, payments experience, and expense and procurement integrations, aiming to drive adoption, expansion, and revenue impact of Admin Controls across Enterprise Accounts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to create compelling narratives that enable sales to win more deals.
Key responsibilities include owning the go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and enhancements across invoicing, billing, payments experience, and expense/procurement integrations. The role involves defining and evolving positioning and messaging for admin financial workflows, clearly articulating value to enterprise admins, finance, and procurement stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will maintain a live view of how critical market competitors handle admin portals, invoicing, expense integrations, and procurement, translating those insights into clear differentiation, objection handling, and roadmap input for leadership and cross-functional partners. Supporting product-led growth initiatives in partnership with Product and Lifecycle Marketing, including in-product messaging, experiments, and campaigns that drive adoption and expansion, is also a key aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including building and scaling repeatable go-to-market processes for complex product/feature releases. A proven track record in developing positioning and go-to-market strategies for corporate/enterprise audiences is essential. Experience in turning admin/workflow capabilities into sales-ready solutions by clearly articulating problems solved, target customers, and how offerings bundle into broader enterprise solutions is required. Demonstrated experience in owning go-to-market for a product, from positioning and launch planning through adoption and ongoing optimization, is also necessary. Hands-on experience in building sales enablement materials, including talk tracks, value propositions, discovery questions, objection handling, ROI framing, and maintaining decks, one-pagers, plays, battlecards, and email templates that sales teams actively use, is crucial.
The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $115,000–$157,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and region, and may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits such as equity, 401K, or medical, dental, or vision insurance.
