Product Operations Manager II - INTERNATIONAL (VIDEO SURVEILLANCE)
The Product Operations Manager II – International (Video Surveillance) at plays a pivotal role in launching video products globally. This position is part of the Product and Program Management Team for Video Surveillance, working across product, engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure international markets have the appropriate hardware, features, and support. The role is based in Tysons, Virginia, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring four days in the office.
Key responsibilities include coordinating international market feedback on video hardware, collaborating with the certifications team to monitor regulatory certifications by region, and planning and prioritizing country launches based on certification status and strategic opportunities. The manager will also coordinate launch activities across various teams, manage beta and early access deployments, and support international-specific SKUs, labels, packaging, and firmware configurations. Additionally, the role involves gathering and organizing international-specific feature requests, assessing their business value, and assisting in debugging and triaging international-specific issues.
Candidates should possess a B.S. or B.A. in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; business degrees are accepted if paired with strong technical experience. A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product coordination roles is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The role requires comfort working across time zones with globally distributed teams and a self-starter attitude toward building repeatable systems and solving unstructured problems. Experience with hardware product lifecycles, SKUs, certifications, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
