Product Owner - Healthcare Revenue Cycle (Remote)
As a Product Owner at Experian Health, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our revenue cycle payment products. This position is integral to our Product Leadership team, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance healthcare financial processes. Experian is a global data and technology company dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses by providing critical insights and services across various sectors, including healthcare.
In this role, you will champion continuous innovation aligned with our product vision and roadmap. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams—such as development, QA, and UX/UI—to manage and assess the impact of product releases. You will also be responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business and customer value, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring product features comply with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related role, with at least two years focused on healthcare technology or SaaS platforms. A strong understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance standards, including HIPAA and PHI, is essential. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is required, along with familiarity with Epic systems and hospital-based revenue cycle payments. A bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered.
