Product & Proposition Manager - Digital Onboarding
Experian is seeking a Product & Proposition Manager to lead the development and management of our digital onboarding solutions. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle, from market analysis and design to go-to-market strategy and continuous improvement, across Italy, the Balkans, and France. The successful candidate will report to the Product & Proposition Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings meet diverse regulatory and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs. The manager will define and prioritize product requirements in alignment with Experian's strategy and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, they will work closely with technology, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption, while also supporting pre-sales activities such as client presentations and expertise plans.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with over five years of experience in product or proposition management within FinTech, financial services, or digital identity solutions. They should possess strong knowledge of digital onboarding processes, KYC, AML, and identity verification solutions, along with a proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products in B2B environments. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
