The director is expected to interpret performance data effectively, identify growth opportunities and risks, and set department objectives that align with the broader business strategy. Additionally, the role involves leading and mentoring a team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of professional experience in the digital space, with at least four years in a senior role within an affiliate network or agency. Direct experience working with large clients is essential, along with a proven track record in developing and delivering account management services in digital marketing. Strong leadership skills, including managing teams of 20 or more in an international and hybrid setup, are required. A commercial orientation, strategic awareness, and excellent analytical abilities are also important for success in this role.
