The Program Manager, Business Operations at RADAR will collaborate closely with the SVP of Corporate Operations, CEO, and Leadership Team to ensure the successful operationalization and delivery of strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in bringing discipline, clarity, and structure to the company's leadership and business operations.

Key responsibilities include defining, planning, and aligning annual strategic initiatives with the Leadership Team and CEO. The Program Manager will establish and maintain structured meeting cadences, such as Leadership Team meetings and monthly business reviews, to monitor progress against strategic goals and KPIs. Additionally, the role involves translating company strategy into project plans, deliverables, and resource allocation plans in partnership with the Finance Team. Introducing and standardizing project management processes, tools, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and accountability across teams is also essential. The Program Manager will serve as a central cross-functional coordinator, working across engineering, product, operations, sales, and other business functions to drive alignment and execution. Coaching business leaders and project owners on best practices in project planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting is another key aspect of the role. Maintaining visibility into program-level risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints, while proactively recommending mitigation or course correction, is crucial. Promoting continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and cross-team collaboration is also expected.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of program management experience in technology and/or high-growth startup environments, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional programs in complex, integrated hardware–software businesses. Demonstrated success in managing multiple, interrelated projects or strategic initiatives from planning through execution to completion with measurable outcomes is essential. Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the big picture while managing details, are required. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership, business leads, and cross-functional teams, are necessary. Familiarity with program/project management tools and methodologies is expected. The candidate should possess strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence, enabling them to align diverse stakeholders, communicate clearly, and make sound, high-velocity tradeoff decisions in a resource-constrained startup environment. Comfort with working in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving startup growth environment and the ability to lead change across functions are also important.

The expected base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional benefits include equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave.
