Programmatic Campaign Manager

The Programmatic Campaign Manager Coordinator at Viant Technology is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and performance of all campaigns assigned to a specific sales team. This role ensures that campaigns launch accurately, deliver in full, meet client KPIs, and are efficiently reconciled through post-campaign billing.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of campaign implementation and execution from receipt of insertion orders through billing completion. The coordinator will launch, QA, and monitor programmatic campaigns to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives, track pacing and performance daily, and identify and proactively communicate delivery or performance risks along with recommended solutions. Additionally, the role involves running and analyzing reports across the Viant DSP, ad servers, and third-party measurement platforms, reconciling discrepancies between client-reported and platform-reported data, and preparing performance updates and insights for internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of digital media experience, with a preference for those with hands-on programmatic campaign execution experience. Strong understanding of campaign pacing, KPI optimization, and performance analysis is essential. Excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite is necessary, and experience with Salesforce, Asana, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

Viant Technology offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year for this position.
