Project Finance / Private Credit Attorney (NY / Chicago)

KBRA is seeking an experienced Project Finance / Private Credit Attorney to join its Ratings Legal team, supporting project finance and structured-corporate transactions globally. This role is available in either the New York or Chicago office. The attorney will collaborate closely with KBRA’s Project Finance and Corporates ratings teams, playing a crucial role in the rating process for a diverse range of structured debt transactions.
