Structured Finance Lawyer (London)

KBRA is seeking a Structured Finance Lawyer to join its London office, contributing to the assessment of securitisation and structured finance transactions across Europe, the UK, and the US. This role involves collaborating with the Ratings Legal team to evaluate and articulate the credit impact of deal structures and legal considerations.

Key responsibilities include reviewing financing and asset-level documents, identifying potential credit impacts of transaction structures, coordinating with rating analysts on legal issues, participating in rating committees, and supporting the analytical team in preparing KBRA's ratings and research reports.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in securitisation or structured finance. Essential skills include the ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent communication, research, analytical, and organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
