As a Project Lead within the Customer Experience team at Ridgeline, you will spearhead enterprise cloud software implementations that are transforming the investment management industry. This role involves partnering with internal teams and customer stakeholders to define project scope, manage resources, and achieve critical milestones. In this position, you will lead enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring successful delivery of Ridgeline’s cloud platform. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, schedules, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and maintain alignment and accountability across project workstreams. Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels is essential to manage expectations, provide status updates, and escalate risks appropriately. Additionally, you will manage project budgets, monitor quality standards, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and contribute directly to critical project activities when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with over seven years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role. A strong understanding of investment management workflows across front and back office, including portfolio accounting, performance, trading, and compliance, is required. Proven experience managing enterprise software projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams is essential. The role demands high organization, strong time management and prioritization skills, the ability to operate independently while maintaining collaboration, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly are also important.

Ridgeline offers a competitive compensation package, with the cash compensation amount for this role targeted at $155,000 to $180,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. In addition to the base salary, 100% of Ridgeline employees can participate in the Company Stock Plan, subject to the applicable Stock Option Agreement.
