As a member of the Business Change Team, the Project Manager collaborates closely with colleagues across the PMO, IT, legal practices, and support functions to enhance operational efficiency and deliver an outstanding experience for both clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and outcomes. The Project Manager develops and maintains project plans, business cases, benefits, KPIs, risks, and dependencies. Utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, they adapt approaches to suit various contexts and stakeholders. Collaboration with partners, legal teams, business services, IT, and third-party suppliers is essential, along with applying effective governance, resource planning, and financial control. Embedding change management, adoption, training, and benefits realization into project delivery is also a critical aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate possesses proven project management experience in delivering complex change, operational improvement, or technology projects within medium to large organizations. A background in professional services or regulated environments is preferred, with law firm experience being advantageous but not essential. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required, with confidence engaging at all levels. Demonstrable change management capability, including impact assessment, communications, and adoption, is essential. Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, APM, or PMP are desirable. The candidate should be organized, adaptable, commercially aware, and flexible to work across offices and embrace hybrid working.
