Project Manager Influencer Marketing
The Project Manager Influencer Marketing role at WPP Media's Entertainment unit in Milan involves leading influencer marketing projects from inception to completion. The role also involves overseeing project workflows, including timelines, scopes, and financial aspects, ensuring smooth management of expectations, goals, and KPIs throughout all project phases. Additionally, the Project Manager will coordinate internal disciplines and guide external partners or talents, including influencers, during ideation, production, and delivery.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of consumer attitudes, motivations, and behaviors, with at least three years of experience in influencer marketing, branded content, media partnerships, and on-field activations. A consultancy-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and stakeholder dynamics. Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
