Experian is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Global Operation and Sales Excellence team. This role focuses on leading large-scale implementations and migrations that enhance seller and client experiences. The position involves managing complex, global projects centered on CRM migrations and technical implementations across sales processes and customer experience functions, including quoting, contracting, and billing systems.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end project management for large-scale technical programs, managing CRM migrations and related technical implementations, partnering with business and product owners across global teams to ensure alignment, guiding change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, and communicating project status, risks, and updates to senior leaders and partners. Additionally, the role involves understanding pre- and post-project experiences to improve future outcomes and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a PMP Certification and have over five years of experience with project management methodologies. Proven experience in delivering technical projects at scale in a global environment is essential. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience implementing Agile projects are required. Demonstrated change management experience or formal training is necessary. The candidate should have the ability to collaborate and balance time between technical teams and partners, along with working knowledge of technology integrations, particularly CRM/Salesforce experience.
