This role focuses on technology transactions and product counseling, particularly in negotiating technology and services contracts with public sector clients. The position is remote, offering flexibility while engaging with a dynamic team dedicated to serving public sector customers.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology and services contracts with U.S. federal, state, local, and educational customers. The role also involves supporting partner and reseller contract negotiations, assisting in the development of terms and templates, and working on cloud services and public sector accreditations such as FedRAMP and CJIS.

Candidates must have experience in technology transactions and product counseling, with strong knowledge of negotiating technology or services contracts with public sector clients. Experience working with public sector customers across various levels is essential. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction are required.

The estimated total compensation for this full-time role ranges from $166,000 to $240,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
