The Senior Manager of Sales Strategy at Axiom Law is a pivotal role within the Revenue Operations team, responsible for enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the commercial organization. This position involves strategic partnership with Sales, Finance, and executive stakeholders to influence decisions and lead cross-functional alignment. Key responsibilities include owning and driving systems, planning frameworks, and processes that underpin revenue performance. The role entails end-to-end territory design and segmentation strategy, including account allocation, coverage models, and market prioritization. Additionally, the Senior Manager will lead annual and ongoing planning cycles, such as territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling, while continuously evaluating and optimizing territory performance. Defining how revenue performance is measured and operationalized across the business is also a critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with over six years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative roles. A proven track record of owning and driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact is essential. Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders at the Director or VP level, as well as the ability to operate independently and drive decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments, are also required.
