The Senior Manager of Sales Strategy at Axiom Law is a pivotal role within the Revenue Operations team, which focuses on enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the commercial organization. In this position, the individual will own and drive the systems, planning frameworks, and processes that underpin revenue performance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs, designing and maintaining sales playbooks and training materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and up-to-date product knowledge. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with over six years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative roles. A proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact is essential. Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders at the Director or VP level, as well as the ability to operate independently and make decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments, are also required.
