Experian is seeking a dynamic and results-driven External Sales Executive to join our team in Duque de Caxias, RJ. This role focuses on expanding our client base and strengthening relationships within the region. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, building a robust portfolio. Maintaining active client relationships is crucial, ensuring exceptional service and fostering loyalty. Your duties will include negotiating terms, providing continuous support to address client inquiries, and planning weekly activities to meet and exceed established KPIs. Mobility is essential, as the role requires travel within the region.
The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma, with a preference for a completed higher education degree. Experience in client prospecting and maintenance, particularly in B2B/B2C sales within the financial products sector (such as payment methods and acquiring services), is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. Candidates must have their own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and reside in the Duque de Caxias/RJ area.
Compensation includes a base salary ranging from R$3,000.00 to R$3,500.00, complemented by benefits such as meal vouchers, profit-sharing, comprehensive health and dental plans (with no monthly cost for you and your family, subject to co-participation), life insurance, private pension, access to fitness programs like Wellhub (Gympass) and/or TotalPass, commissions up to 230% of the fixed salary, and fuel cost assistance.
