In this role, the coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. They will also conduct regular assessments of operating standards, develop and maintain training materials, and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the coordinator will analyze training metrics to identify trends and oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes for training programs and operating standards.
Candidates should possess a full, clean Japanese driving license with at least eight years of driving experience in Japan and no blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years. Strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office are essential. A recognized Assessor qualification, Vehicle Safety Operator qualification, and Quality Assurance qualification are desirable.
